Each client is assigned a client support service representative to oversee your account. From product recommendations to order processing, they manage the entire program. They even monitor your account to make sure the program is on track for guaranteed savings.

Printed Product Catalogs
All printed materials are collected, numbered and cataloged for accurate and easy ordering. You will receive a product catalog that contains all of your printed materials for easy reference. Along with the catalog, a matching custom requisition will be created to ensure that your printed products are ordered quickly and accurately.

Customized Office Supply Requisitions
Based on your business product usage, we will tailor a requisition or order form specifically for you. This custom requisition eliminates the process of looking up product numbers and prices on the items you use most frequently. It also ensures that the items being ordered are a part of the program for guaranteed savings.

Monthly Summary Bills
To eliminate excessive accounting paperwork and check cutting, we provide a single monthly summary bill. It is detailed and broken down by cost center, allowing easy allocation of costs by department.

Department Direct Purchasing and Deliveries
Reduce order processing time by having your orders purchased and delivered directly to your cost center or department. By setting up your account with your cost centers we can speed up deliveries, reduce internal distribution labor and provide an easy way for you to track expenses.

Guaranteed Measurable Savings
As outlined in our proposal, by contracting IBG as your Strategic Outsourcing Partner we will deliver you guaranteed savings. After twelve months if we fail to live up to our specific savings commitment, we will cut you a check for the difference.

Scheduled Performance Meetings
After six months on the program we will meet with you to discuss our performance. At this point we will mutually point out the areas of concern and make any adjustments necessary so we meet our savings benchmark.
