Collection and Analysis. Under a confidentiality agreement, we gather samples of all printed materials, review office supply usage, isolate actual product costs and with client participation determine existing methods of procurement, warehousing and distribution of business products. We then perform an analysis of all data gathered to determine processing costs and if there is a cost savings potential. Guaranteed Savings Proposal. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the proposal takes approximately six weeks. The majority of the analysis and proposal preparation is completed at our corporate offices. In as little as 3 hours on-site interviewing those associates involved with the purchasing, storage, distribution, and accounts payable activities at your company, we have enough information to perform our analysis. The duration of time is spent analyzing data to determine if this program can deliver you guaranteed savings. Our proposal will follow and specify the dollar amount of savings we guarantee.
