Office Supply Solutions Online Ordering Help
User
ID and Password
You must be a registered user with a User
ID and Password to order office supplies online. If you forgot your
password, click
here and provide your name, company name and account number
and we'll email you your password. If you've "loaned out"
your User ID and Password, contact us as soon as possible so that
we can make the necessary changes to protect you and your online
account.
Departments
To
change the ship to department, please follow the instructions below:
From
"Home" page select "Change Dep./Attn."
"Change
Department" page will be displayed showing current department
Select
the desired department from the drop down department list
Click
the "Change Department" button to make changes effective
At the
bottom of the "Change Department" page, choose "Return
to Site" to
return
to "Home" page and begin ordering.
Current
Account and Department name is now displayed on "Home"
page
Favorites
You can
quickly and easily build a list of the items you order on a regular
basis using the "Favorites" option. To set up your "Favorites"
list follow these steps:
To
add an item to your personalized "Favorites" list, simply
locate the item by searching
the online catalog
Once
the correct item is located, select the button "Add to Favorites"
that
appears
below the item description and picture
The next
time you need to order this item, click "Favorites" from
any of the
pages.
The item will appear among the other items in your list. Select
the
quantity
desired and "Add To Cart" for purchase, or...
If you
are only purchasing this one item, select "Buy Now" which
will move you directly
to the "Check Out" page to complete the order
Check
Out
Please follow these instructions to when
you're ready to check out:
Click
"Check Out" button on the left side of the page
"Check
Out: page will be displayed with default customer information
At this
point you may change any of the information in the optional fields
"Shipping
Information", "Attention Name", "P.O.#",
"Special Message", or
"Shipping
Instructions"
CAUTION-
Do not change any of the information in the "Payment Information"
fields.
Any changes in these fields could result in delayed processing of
your order
Click
"Submit Order" to process the order or click "Hold
Order" to wait and
submit
your order at a later time
The "Order
Totals" window will appear showing you order totals with tax
included
To print
a detailed copy of your order showing all items, taxes, and total,
select
"Print This Order"
A new
window will appear with your order displayed. Using your web browser,
print
the page. When the print job is complete, close this window and
return to the
IBG Office Supply Solutions Online Ordering System.
IMPORTANT-
To complete the check out process and ensure that your order is
processed correctly, you must select "Logout" from any
of the site's pages.
