New Fullfillment Program

AltiGen Communications, a market leader in IP-PBX Phone Systems for small and mid-size businesses, recently contracted IBG to develop and manage their marketing fulfillment program. Designed to seamlessly distribute marketing materials, this program allows hundreds of AltiGen employees and authorized dealers across North America to easily order marketing collateral and promotional products.

Each independent dealer or employee is able to purchase marketing materials such as brochures and data sheets and promotional products such as shirts, hats and mugs directly from AltiGen's web site. Once the initial order is placed, IBG handles the entire fulfillment process including product procurement, order fulfillment, billing, payment processing and inventory/sales reporting.

By contracting IBG to handle the entire fulfillment process, AltiGen provides employees and dealers quality marketing products while focusing on their core business.
